Here are the Bear's thoughts (lol). If saint would approve, i think he would, every 5 recruits, that join MoC, put your name down as recruiter, and they stay long enough to earn the rank of Pvt. Then you will get a rank up. So every 5 recruits you recruit, you get a rank up. You keep track and when there is 5 you let us know, we'll look and let you know if you are approved or not.
